The post says it all. If you lead with how much are your.... then, you are doing it wrong. Especially with entertainment. All DJs and entertainment companies are not created equal. Furthermore, numbers on a spreadsheet will not help you differentiate between companies when it comes to things such as experience, professionalism, and specific expertise that will meet your needs. Choose wisely. This goes for almost all of your vendors. Remember, you are booking vendors so that they can help give you an "Experience". You are not booking them to just "Bring the Stuff".
