#TBT – Did you catch us on TLC’s “Four Weddings?”

In the spirit of social media’s oh so popular Throwback Thursday, here is one from our archives: On December 6th, 2012, TLC featured its first lesbian couple on “Four Weddings.” The show features four brides, who attend and rate each others weddings. The winning couple gets an all expenses paid honeymoon. Davone Madison-Jackson and Tiffany Jackson were featured on the show as the first lesbian couple to compete. Davone was originally featured on TLC’s “Say Yes to the Dress” in April 2011. TLC ended up contacting her a second time to see if she wanted to be featured on “Four Weddings.” Davone and Tiffany themed their wedding as a Diamond Winter Wonderland. Unfortunately, the couple had some challenges finding wedding businesses that were open to working with them.
